————————————————————————————————————————
Present: P Rice, K Dunnings, M Griffin, N Sabatini, K Saw, A Skeggs, R Small
Mrs M Stevens, M Thoday.
Apologies were received from T Munt, Mrs M Harrison,
The Minutes: of the meeting of 3 November 2021 were agreed
Matters Arising:
Aylesbury Hornets now have access to toilets and changing rooms at Halton, so will
be playing their games there.
There have been more reports of cannabis being used by players at a football match. Please be aware that many matches are played on public grounds where there are children, and we do not want to bring the league into disrepute.
Correspondence:
Wingrave contested their fine for not informing the referee of a game in time, their appeals was upheld.
We have received a reply from Bucks Council about stretchers, they do not provide them at their football venues. Following some serious injuries the Committee will draw up a list of essentials that a first aid kit must contain.

Team Sheets Report
When the green team sheets are checked against Full Time there are a lot of discrepancies.
Whilst we understand that some players run late or may not appear at all on the day managers MUST amend the paper teamsheet given to the Referee and opponent at least 15 minutes before kick off. Anyone named as a starting substitute should have an ‘S’ next to their name.
When the FA Full Time teamsheet is completed the 11 starters and 5 Substitutes should be marked as USED, Clubs must though also mark anyone who was an UNUSED substitute
NB Teamsheets must be on full time by 6pm Monday with additional registrations on the day by Wednesday 6pm; once Marcie has accepted them.
Referees Secretary’s Report:
We have been informed that The North Bucks League will not be appointing officials to games on December 18th and January 8th in support of officials who in the present climate have received abuse from players. Thankfully in the ADL we havehad no overt referee abuse and will continue to appoint officials as normal.
There is a shortage of referees nationally and the League is very lucky to have 100% coverage every week. Please respect your ADL referee and refrain from any form of abuse for us to maintain this record. He is only human so sometimes mistakes do happen. With this in mind can clubs please mark referees on match facts and not opinions over decisions you feel may be against your team.

Press/Results Secretary’s Report:
There has been a lot of viewing of Facebook reports, have over 1,000 likes.
Any Other Business
Marc has been in talks with another league about giving our premier teams more games.
Nik suggested block booking of Council pitches might reduce the costs. Peter will arrange to speak to Sophie Payne from the Council to explore the possibilities.
In the month of November the league have been informed that at least three playershave been reported to the Berks and Bucks FA, resulting in these cases being passed on to Sport Integrity Matters for further investigation.
Facebook.
Any abusive comments posted onto Facebook, especially about referees are likely to be passed on the B&B FA, especially as referees are becoming a rare breed.
The league has in in place a well-documented route that needs to be followed at all times if you are dissatisfied with your referee – Rule 23(I) – a route that rumour has it, will become slightly harder next season.
If you are not happy with your referee’s performance then please follow the approved route. Players who decide to give their opinions via social media etc. could find themselves under suspension
Racist Comments.
Unless you have been out of the country recently you will be well aware of the cricket headlines that have filled the newspapers more or less every day for at least a fortnight. The league encourages that any overheard racist comment be passed on to the B&B FA, where it will be investigated.
Assault.
As a league we can only state yet again that we cannot deal with any alleged physical assault. This is a police matter, and we would encourage any individual who has been assaulted to contact the police as well as Berks and Bucks FA. It then makes the job of the Sports investigating officer that much easier to ascertain the facts.
Can we ask therefore, that in all cases such as these that managers/captains step up, and try and stop some of these incidents happening.
While the Committee do not have the powers to deal with many disciplinary matters, if you need advice please contact the secretary, and also copy her in to any communications with Berks and Bucks, so the Committee can be made aware of the situation.
