The Minutes: of the meeting of 1 June 2022 were amended. Tetsworth’s team will play as Thame

B, not their reserve team. Aylesbury Vikings reserves are NOW ASFC reserves (typo)

Matters Arising:

Referees do not need to be DBS checked if they are refereeing adult football, although they may come in contact with U18s through that role.

The First Aid kits have been approved, Margaret will contact teams to find out if they have already bought new kits, so we may know how many are needed.

Peter and Tony met with Aylesbury Town Council who want to take over the management of the Council football pitches, to provide better maintenance and changing rooms. They will need the support of our clubs.

Correspondence:

Stoke Mandeville have requested an earlier kick-off time for their home matches. This has been agreed if their opposition and the referee also agree as they intend to use the 3G pitch at Mandeville school.

The Berks and Bucks Charles Twelftree Cup is optional for clubs to enter, they can only en-ter one team per club and need to apply direct to Berks and Bucks FA.

Treasurer’s Report:

Outstanding Fines

Aylesbury Raiders – 320.00

Aylesbury Vikings – 85.00

Prestwood- 30.00

St Johns- 100.00

Registration Secretary’s Report:

There has been a query about a player owing money to a club. There is an amended rule 18C on the FA rules about this, but it is advisable to contact Berks and Bucks FA.

Registration forms are now available on the website. Players cannot be added to WGS un-til the league affiliates, which will be done by now.

Marcie needs 14/28 registered forms by Sunday 7 August, or brought to the 8th August meeting

Fixtures Secretary’s Report

The draft divisions will be sent out to clubs on Thursday 7 July.

Referees Secretary’s Report:

It has been announced by the FA that Assessors/observers will no longer be used, and they will have instead development coaches for referees who want promotion.

Referee affiliations with Berks & Bucks are now open.

Press/Results Secretary’s Report:

We will have a new website ready for the start of the season, it may be under construction for a period; please check the Facebook page for league updates. Could all sides send in friendly requests, new player adverts etc.

Any Other Business.

At the secretaries meeting we will discuss whether we want to have Cup matches on Good Friday.

There is to be a Buckingham Charity Cup which will hopefully be mid-week.

The meeting closed at 8.40 p.m. The next meeting was arranged for 3 August 2022, with the

Secretaries meeting on 8 August.
