Matters Arising:
A reply has been received from Aylesbury Council regarding the cost of pitches, they say there is a mistake on the website and the price should include VAT. We will write again to clarify this, ask which teams have paid the higher price and query why there is a 3% increase (according to them) even though teams are using less facilities.
Tom has sent some information about ADFL to the newsletter, they will send him a copy of December’s edition.
Peter and other representatives of ADFL will meet Richard Loyd, Aylesbury Town Councillor, in the New Year to discuss the control of pitches.
Correspondence:
Berks and Bucks have issued new guidelines about Covid19, these have been sent to Clubs, with a webinar on 3 December. Any significant changes will be notified to clubs in the near future. Clubs will also need to put the name of their Covid Officer on WGS.
Richard will attend a mandatory meeting regarding discipline via Teams with Berks and Bucks, to be held on 7 December.
There have been three complaints about fines from last month
Long Marston’s fine for no referee’s mark is being investigated.
Wingrave’s fine for late team sheet stands, however it was agreed that if the referee feels there has been a misdemeanour they should report this to the team manager at the time, as it is often difficult to remember incidents from weeks before.
Aylesbury Vale Dynamos fine stands, it is necessary to follow up if a reply from the referee is not received.
