• We now have the names of all the Covid 19 Officers for the clubs.

• Four clubs have not yet received their assistants flags, this should be done by the weekend.

• Ian Macleod has resigned from the Committee due to work commitments.

• We have received a letter of thanks from FC Titans, which was very much appreciated.

• Peter is corresponding with Bucks Council about owing money for pitches during semi-finals.

Registration Secretary’s Report

There were issues with some teams because of problems at Berks and Bucks. They have now been sorted. Bedgrove were late with their registration.

Fixtures Secretary’s Report

Four games were not played last weekend, called off because of the weather, with concern being shown by one call-off. Margaret to write to ascertain the facts.

All fixtures have been sorted up until and including December.

Aylesbury Raiders have not completed their teamsheet after 4 days fined £10 Rule 20A.

Referees Secretary’s Report

Kevin has had a recruitment drive and should now have enough referees to cover all matches this season. One referee has withdrawn for personal reasons.

Last season’s highest marked referee was Nigel Gilding and the highest marked rookie was Warren Thornton.

There is concern about both players and spectators harassing a referee at the end of a game last weekend. This is unacceptable, and managers should be aware that they are responsible for their players and their spectators.

Club Assistant award - 1st Jim Styles - Quainton FC, 2nd Harry Bowe - Ayletico FC,

3rd Oscar Boyle - Stone Utd FC

Sportsmanship Award – 1st Aylesbury Vale FC, 2nd Wendover Reserves FC,

Press/Results Secretary’s Report

Please send in your results and a match report, whether you win or lose. If only the winning team report in there is the likelihood of a bias. Please also send in photographs of games.

Send in the scorers, results and photos via text or WhatsApp to 07738215353

Teams tend to use Twitter more than Facebook, perhaps they could let us know if they would like a twitter page.

The Idiots Guide has been sent out to all clubs.

Any Other Business

Following the GoFundMe appeal for Felipe Mugari some clubs have responded, a special mention to AFC Berryfields for their contribution.

Kick Off times will change to 2.00 p.m. from the first Saturday in November.

Berks and Bucks will be contacted re: numbers allowed in changing rooms.

The Committee would like to thank all clubs/teams and needless to say everyone else involved in the recent semi-finals/finals, for their total co-operation. Arranging 15 matches in some 18 days, with the Covid-19 rules constantly changing, was no easy matter, and despite complaints from the neighbours at Tring, all arranged matches were completed on time.

The meeting closed at 8.45 p.m.

The next meeting was arranged for 4 November 2020.
