The Minutes: of the meeting of 4 August 2020 were accepted.

Matters Arising:

Most teams have sent the name of their Covid 19 Officer, those that have not will be fined £10 rule 6C for failing to adhere to league business.

The linesman’s flags now need to be distributed, one to each team for them to be taken to all matches.

 Correspondence:

Wingrave Reserves have been renamed Wingrave Development

Aylesbury Vale Dynamos Development are now renamed Aylesbury Vale Dynamos Sports

Stoke Mandeville want the fees for this season to be rescinded for clubs already in existence.. This is not viable as there is likely to be a large deficit with Cup Final costs.

There were two queries about the rules of Cup matches and players’ eligibility which will be sorted out before the cup matches commence.

AGM minutes and financial reports have been sent to Berks and Bucks.

Tom received correspondence from a company concerning Track and Trace for Covid 19., which currently is not a requirement by the FA.

 COVID 19 Safeguarding Risk Assessment:

First Aiders will need to be gloved and masked when going on to the field to deal with an injury.

Current rules regarding changing rooms are that they can be open for the away team, but with 8 players only in each changing room. (Not all teams will have their changing rooms open)

Each team will have its own risk assessment, however it is worth checking the FA website regularly for their new recommendations, in order to update the team’s risk assessment.

Registration Secretary’s Report

There are problems with the Whole Game System, it is not possible to access it at present.

Fixtures Secretary’s Report

The fixtures will be posted within the next two weeks.

AW have requested a free week on 3 October

St Johns have requested a free week on 24 October.

Thame have withdrawn from the President’s Cup as they were unable to field a team from the 2019-20 season’s players.

 Referees Secretary’s Report

Kevin currently has 28 referees, but they will not all be available every week. Each team will be expected to arrive with their flag, hand sanitiser and the ball pumped up.

It will be very difficult to have a pre-season referees meeting this year.

 Press/Results Secretary’s Report

All referee and club contacts are now on the website.

The rules are also on the web.

 Any Other Business

Thanks to our President Tom Munt for his sponsorship of the President’s Cup.

The names of those who are doing ground inspections, and which grounds, needs to be updated once the Cup competitions are completed.

Congratulations to Sophie Dennington for winning the Berks & Bucks FA Grass Roots

Awards category of ‘ Grassroots Match Official of the Season’ for the whole of

Berks & Bucks

The meeting closed at 8.50 p.m.

The next meeting was arranged for 7 October 2020.
