Because of the pandemic in the Country at present it has not been possible for the Committee to meet as normal.

The Minutes of the meeting o Wednesday 13 May were approved

Matters Arising

Peter has replied to Rob Fenn about next season’s set-up, Margaret has suggested where he could get finances and he was recommended to speak to Marcie about registration.

St Johns now have a cleaner to deal with their changing rooms.

Ayletico will drop off the 18/19 Division One trophy in the next few days.

Correspondence

Steph Clarke (BBFA) has sent round updated guidance on permitted Grassroots football activity as from 1 June.

Alastair Kay (BBFA) has sent an email concerning opening dates for registration for next season which is now 1 July 2020.

There is available information on the Berks and Bucks website about safety in playing football.

20/21 season.

There are three new teams that have applied to join ADFL, Holmer Green Rangers, Dynamo Chequers and Aristocrat. Five existing clubs have not yet returned their application forms, Tony will email them.

ADL

As we have been unable to hold the AGM on the original date arranged for Monday 1st June, the Committee need to make you aware that they are keen to continue until such time as the lock-down is eased, and the country slowly reverts back to whatever the new normal becomes.

If for whatever reason clubs/individuals see this as an issue, could they please contact the league Secretary accordingly.

In the meantime the second released date of Monday 3rd August at Rivets sports and social club, remains in the diary until further notice, as a potential alternative date.

Any Other Business

We need to keep a record of the players still involved in the 19/20 cups, as all registrations have been wiped from the system.

A potential referee missed his final exam as he had not been informed of the date. However, he has paid for it and is awaiting a response from Berks and Bucks

The meeting concluded at 8.45. Thanks to Marc for organising it.

The Committee will meet again via internet on 1 July 2020, at 7.30 p.m
