ADL Committee Minutes - Nov 2017

Minutes of the meeting of Aylesbury and District Football League Committee held at  

7.30 p.m. on Wednesday 1 November 2017at Aylesbury Tennis Club 


Present:P Rice, R Lipscombe,M Pollard,R Small,T Skeggs, Mrs M Stevens, M Thoday.

The Minutes: of the meeting of 4 October 2017were agreed. 


Matters Arising: 

Peter and Margaret together with Richard met two representatives from Berks and Bucks to discuss various points that the committee were dissatisfied with.  Some progress was made. 

Following correspondence with AVDC about their pitches, the committee advise all teams using these pitches to inspect them before use. 

Wingravereferees’ showers have now been fixed. 



All clubs are reminded that all assistant referees must have reached their 16th birthday before they can take any part in adult football. 

Clubs are also reminded that following the 2017 AGM the proposal for repeated substitutes was defeated. 

The AVDC email address for Tony Skeggs is no longer in use. 

The Berks and Bucks email address for Richard Lipscome is no longer in use. 

F.T. mobile information has been sent to all clubs.

Registration Secretary’s Report

October 7th - Late team sheets from Great Milton and Bedgrove Dynamos Reserves 

  Fined £10  rule  11A each team 

October 14th - Late team sheets from St Johns, Bucks Blues and Ayletico. Fined £10 rule 11A 

BedgroveUtd played 2 players in League cup for the 1st team that had already played for the reserves in the Reserve cup, game to be awarded to Rivets.  Bedgrove fined £50 cup rule 5 

Bucks CC Reserves  played an unregistered player - game to be awarded to FC Bierton 

Bucks CC fined £50rule  8o 


October 21st -Late Team sheets from Elmhurst and Quainton Reserves. Fined £5 rule 11A each team. 

Bedgrove Dynamos played 2 players that had played for the Reserves team in the League cup on 9th September, then played for the 1st team in the league cup on 21st October. (Lost game against Oving) fined £50cup rule 5. 


Transfers - Raymond Undi from Aylesbury Dynamos to Oving. 

Alex Smith released from Aston Clinton  to Bucks CC 

Neil Roberts released from Aston Clinton to Haddenham 

Charlie Gillett released from Ardley to Great Milton

   28 October Reserve League Cup  Long Marston Res v Wingrave Res – Long Marston did not have enough players.  Fined £50 rule 10F

21 October New Zealand v Wendover – no assistant, no 1st Aider, no signature from either team  both fined £5  rule 13h   


Referees Secretary’s Report 

Four referees have dropped out this weekend, one team has been advised they need to find their own referee.  

A complaint letter concerning a referee has been sent to the relevant FA. 

A letter has been received from one team praising their referee. 


Press/Results Secretary’s Report 

Ayletico are still not sending in reports to Marc regarding results, goal scorers etc.   

If there is nothing to put in the newspaper we will lose our space. 

Secretaries please ask managers to send in scores Saturday, with details of goal scorers, match reports and photos etc., by 5 p.m.Sunday evening so that we can retain a profile in the newspaper.
