The Minutes: of the meeting of 1 February were agreed
The Long Crendon v Pond Park Game – Pond Park have been found guilty of causing the game to be abandoned and fined by Berks and Bucks FA.
The Junior Invitation Cup final will be on Friday 12 May, at Wingrave, 6.45 k.o.
Peter attended a meeting of Quainton Football Club.
Quainton have proposed an amendment to rule 12.
Berks and Bucks have informed us that the FA will extend the mandatory personal accident requirement for 2017-18 season from just adult teams. The letter has been sent to clubs.
Alastair Kay of Berks and Bucks has been in correspondence with us about Stone Football club. Margaret will write to Liz Verrall, Chief Executive of Berks and Bucks.

Long Crendon V Pond Park – game abandoned, awarded to Long Crendon, Pond Park fined £50, rule 10F.
There has been a query about the drawing of the teams for the cups. These are done round by round. When teams look on FullTime, there is no link between the quarter final draw and the semi-final draw until after the Quarter final matches have been played and then the Semi-Final draw is made.
Referees Secretary’s Report
There was 100% coverage of games in February by badged referees.
Some teams have been commended to Kevin for good behaviour and good attitude. These teams are APBS, FC Mandeville, Elmhurst and 1st and reserve Aylesbury Dynamos.
If any teams have issues with officials can you please write your comments on the back of the match teamsheet, negative and positive.
We have officials for the cup finals, however ball boys are needed. If your club has a junior team, or if you know of responsible teenagers willing to do this, please contact us. There is a fee payable to each ballboy.

Please note Berks & Bucks FA is going on tour and will be coming to Aylesbury on Wednesday 12th April 2017, at the Ex-Servicemen’s Club from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. This will give you all the latest updates, a chance to meet all of the County Office Staff, to get your questions answered and to put forward your views on how the County Office is organised. The League would like each BERKS & BUCKS team in our league to send at least one representative.
You will need to let County Office know of your intention to attend. Those that have already contacted Margaret have been booked a place.
