The Minutes: of the meeting of 4 January 2017were amended, the date of the AGM should have read Thursday 18 May. (The date has now however been changed to Wednesday 17 May)
Matters Arising:
Melton Vaughan is now suspended for 70 daysby the FA for misconduct.
The Long Crendon v Pond Park abandoned game – both teams have now been charged by Berks and Bucks FA, Long Crendon have requested a hearing which will be on 14 February.
A Junior Invitation Cup has been arranged for those teams that were interested in taking part.
Quainton’sdark blue kit is not ideal, but it is deemed acceptable.
Stone Utdhave withdrawn from the league, because of outstanding debts their players are suspended until payment has been made. All outstanding fines owing to the ADL are being passed to the B&B FA under their Debt Recovery scheme.

Rivets FC have a new secretary Christian Hills, tel 07508342061, same email address as before .
Following correspondence received by the Secretary, all clubs and individuals are reminded that the FA strongly discourage adverse comments made about players and/or teams on social media.
Berks and Bucks have sent information about scams involving payments by clubs, also recommendations on how to avoid late payments of fines. These emails have been sent to club secretaries.
There may be funding available from the FA in helping to start a new football team. Details of this are in the FA newsletter and have been sent out to clubs.
Thanks to Richard, there is hopefully some progress over the proposed changes to the County Cups next season.
The Chairman will be attending the Quainton F.C, Management Committee meeting on Monday 6th February

14 January – Pond Park failed to follow rules regarding calling off a game – fined £50 rule 13F. The pitch was deemed playable by the Committee. Game awarded to New Zealand.
28 January – Haddenham Res v Rivets - Haddenham unable to field a team, match awarded to Rivets, Haddenham fined £50 rule 10f

Any Other Business
As the AGM is earlier this season all forms and payment are needed by 30 April for entering a new team. Entry forms will be released by end February.
Can all managers note the rules regarding cancellation of matches because of unfit pitches – rule 10B
“Clubs shall take all reasonable precautions to keep their grounds in a playable condition, and if the occasion arises, either Club may require the Referee to visit the ground by 12-00 noon before the advertised kick-off time and decide as to the fitness of play. Only the Referee or League Officer of the Aylesbury & District Football League may cancel a League match or decide as to the fitness of the pitch except where a third party such as the Local Authority has overriding authority on pitch usage”.
