APBS Reserves have folded, all their results will be deleted as they have played less than 75% of their matches.

Alastair Kay of Berks and Bucks is concerned about the number of clubs paying fines late and incurring further fines.

Berks and Bucks wanted clubs with youth teams to complete a form agreeing to comply with FA Safeguarding regulations.  Adult teams with players 16-18 years old were not affected, however, this is likely to change next season, when Adult teams with players aged 16 to 18  may have to have a Club Welfare Officer.

Stone are currently suspended for non-payment of fines to ADFL and to Berks and Bucks.

Press/Results Secretary’s Report

10th December. Quainton Res – no result fined £20 rule 11B

Some clubs are not sending scorers and no one is sending match action over or photographs.  This makes the job of the press secretary very difficult, we would like to keep a fairly high profile in the local papers, but without information from teams this is not possible.

Any Other Business

The AGM will be on Thursday 19th May 2017 –please note this date as there are fines for teams who do not attend.

Richard will represent the League at the quarter final of the Berks and Bucks Intermediate Cup when Wendover will be playing at home v Kintbury Rangers FC from Newbury. Kick Off is at 1.30.

Roger has been to see two games recently and reported on his findings.

All semi-final pitches have been booked at Fairford Leys. There may be an issue over roping off pitches. Roger offered to assist if needed.

The matter of Quainton’s dark kit is still being investigated.

Please note Berks & Bucks FA is going on tour and will be coming to Aylesbury on Wednesday 12th April 2017, at the Ex-Servicemen’s Club from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. This will give you all the latest updates, a chance to meet all of the County Office Staff, to get your questions answered and to put forward your views on how the County Office is organised. The League would like each BERKS & BUCKS team to send at least one representative.

The meeting closed at 8.20

The next meeting was arranged for Wednesday 1 February 2017

The Committee had asked for representatives from Stone United to appear at 8.45 p.m.  As they had not arrived by 8.55 the Committee left.  However, on the way home the secretary received a call from a representative from Stone, who had by then arrived.  This was too late to reconvene the meeting.
