Minutes of the meeting of Aylesbury and District Football League Committee held at
7.30 p.m. on Wednesday 2 November 2016 at Aylesbury Tennis Club

The Minutes: of the meeting of 2 November were agreed.
Matters Arising:
We have had confirmation of the payment by the FA of the laptop.
The appeal by New Zealand against their fine was amended, they were only contesting their second fine for playing an unregistered player. This was upheld and they had £5 of their appeal deposit returned.
Margaret to email B&B to ask what the police are doing over the Pond Park v Long Crendon match

Matthew Pill of Berks and Bucks has contacted us to see if there were any issues we had this season. Margaret will reply.
The FA are scheduling webinar meetings for leagues regarding online Player registration through the Whole Game System to start in early January. The committee felt it would be a good idea to ask a representative to come and give a demonstration to clubs in the New Year as they will be doing most of the work..
Chesham United Youth FC are interested in entering an adult team into the Aylesbury League. Margaret to contact their League to inform them they have approached ADL about
joining them.
Tetsworth have objected to their fine, the contents of the objection were noted, but the fine stands.
Margaret to contact Chris Cole with regard to new County Cup competition for next season

Cup matches are all going to plan so far. Some of the lower division teams are running out of fixtures. There is a possibility of a competition from the end of January for those teams with just a few fixtures left.
FC Mandeville reserves have requested a free weekend on 28 January.

This fine includes the referee’s half fee – rule 13f.
Referees Secretary’s Report
Kevin has filled 64 of 65 fixtures, despite shortage of referees.
There is a referees course starting 14 December, but there are no Aylesbury based participants applying.
Stone owe £15 for an outstanding referee’s fee to Great Milton Rule 13B

Press/Results Secretary’s Report
More photographs are needed to put in the local papers, to enable ADL to be marketed. Can teams send in action shots – the best photograph will win a prize at the end of the season.

From August 2017 there will be a fee of £77 for each Council Pitch used.
Congratulations to Wendover for reaching the quarter finals of the Berks and Bucks Intermediate Cup.
Tony showed the committee some sample trophies for end of season presentations.
Roger has been viewing games at the weekend and reported his findings.
Danny Bayliss has accepted the offer of life membership of the ADFL.
If any club has a suggested change of rule for the next season, can they please send it in to Margaret before the end of January 2017.
