Because Bucks CC have been wearing dark/black shirts we now HAVE to monitor the colours and if teams omit to put down their colours deliberately or accidently the referee could refuse to play & we would have no checks over kit colours- therefore 'failing to complete referee team sheet' has to be monitored . Can managers please ensure that team sheets are filled in correctly, from team colours, which competition, through to the refs name and mark, or fines may be imposed for incorrect filling of the team sheet.

Any Other Business
* ALL games being played on Saturday 12th November WILL be preceded by a one minute silence for Remembrance Day.
* There are concerns about the changing rooms at St Johns Sports and Social Club.. There is no running water and the toilets are unusable. The secretary will inform AC Meadowcroft, and Stone Utd that they are NOT to use the ground until the work which is ear-marked for improvement has been carried out and inspected.
* Following the AGM, as Bucks CC said they had lost most of their first team players, the ADFL committee agreed that they could be demoted one division this season if they agreed to play no more than three of their first team players in any one of their matches. This was agreed upon, and this has been done with other teams in the past, to allow clubs to survive.
Subsequently Bucks CC made a complaint to Berks and Bucks FA to say that as this was not a written rule it could not be enforced and they wanted to play as many of their first team players as were available. Berks and Bucks FA have agreed with Bucks CC despite the objections of the committee, so unfortunately the option of voluntary demotion will not be open to other teams that may be struggling in future years.
The meeting closed at 9.10
