ADL Committee Minutes - May 2016

Minutes of the meeting of Aylesbury and District Football League Committee held at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday 4 May 2016 At Bucks CC Sports and Social Club

Present:, M Pollard, Mrs M Harrison, K Saw, T Skeggs, R Small, Mrs M Stevens.

Apologies were received from D Bayliss, P Rice, N Sabatini, M Thoday.

The Minutes: of the meeting of 6 April were agreed.

Matters Arising: 

We have not yet heard if we are to receive any Cup Final tickets

Correspondence:

We have had an enquiry from a new club about joining the league, details have been given to the Treasurer.

All the rule changes we have suggested have been accepted by Berks and Bucks.

There are also three minor rules changes which have been imposed by the FA.

Registration Secretary’s Report

2nd April. Walton Court & Wendover 1st late team sheets £10 fine rule 11A each team

9th April. No team sheet from Waddesdon 1st  Fined £20 rule 11A

16th April. Waddesdon played unregistered player against Ludgershall game to be awarded to Ludgershall.  Waddesdon fined £50  rule 8Q

23rd April. Wingrave res late team sheet £10 fine rule 11A

Waddesdon played unregistered player. ( lost game) Fined £50 rule 8Q

Fixtures Secretary’s Report

April 2 – referee reports that Bedgrove Dynamos reserves confirmed the game on Thursday.

 April 16 – Division I – Spandits V New Zealand, late kick-off due to late arrival of away team. New Zealand fined £5 rule 10B

April 23 – Tring Town v Aylesbury Dynamos reserves – Tring called off game  fined £50 rule 10F, plus £64.90 pitch fee

April 30 Waddesdon v Haddenham Reserves – Haddenham called off game fined £50 rule 10F 

May 14 – Division one – St Johns Sports V New Zealand, kick-off to be moved to 15.30.  Three officials to be appointed. 

Referees Secretary’s Report

Kevin is struggling for referees at the end of the season,  several people are injured.  

The referees course currently has 10 people on it, anyone else interested please contact Kevin.

Any Other Business

The Presentation Evening will be held at Long Crendon Village Hall on 20 May, 7.00 for a 7.30 start.  There will be a barbecue.

The AGM will be held on 29 June at the Ex-Services Club, Aylesbury, at 7.30

The Secretaries meeting will be held on 11 August at the Ex-Services Club, 7.30 start.

We are investigating a match incident reported by Bucks CC.

We would like to congratulate Aylesbury FC who won the Berks and Bucks Senior Cup v Chesham United on Monday 2 May.  Well done.

The meeting closed at 8.30 p.m. 

The next meeting was arranged for Wednesday June 1, 2016
