The Minutes: of the meeting of 1 July were accepted.
Waddesdon have now paid their fine from 2014-15 season and are no longer in ADL suspension.
The representatives meeting will be held at the Ex-Services Club in Walton Street at 7.30 p.m. on 13 August. One representative per team is required and each one can only represent one team. Liz Pill the Berks and Bucks Development Officer will be giving a Respect presentation.
Following a query at the AGM regarding rule 20b, any rules of ADL that are proposed by clubs or the committee will be sent to all clubs for comment in future, as in the wording of the rule.
Rule 8p: The League Committee give players who have played in a higher division 8 times or more, permission to play in a lower division during that season.
It was felt that the format of the AGM should change, starting with the Marsworth Cup, then the Thomas Field Shield before the ADFL AGM.
A query was raised regarding first aiders. The secretary will find out from clubs who is now without a first aider for the forthcoming season.
Rivets FC have offered the use of their club facilities for the end of season Presentation Night.

Marcie has only received the details of two clubs so far. Clubs need to ensure that the players have signed their names and have their correct date of birth on the forms.
If clubs have players that will not be staying with them please bring those cards to the pre-season meeting on Thursday 13 August, other than those owing money.
If you have players leaving that owe money, please send a list to Marcie and do not release their photo ID cards.

Referees Secretary’s Report
ADFL has the highest percentage coverage of referees of any league in the Berks and Bucks FA.
There are 30 signed for next season so far. All referees appointments and alterations will be on Mitoo only, not the ADL web-site.

Any Other Business
The dates of ADFL Committee meetings are the first Wednesday of each month.
Any player that owes money to his club must pay what he owes before he can transfer to another club.
The Committee reserve the right to promote teams outside the top two, at the beginning of the season.
NB the pre-season meeting will be held on Thursday 13 August, 7.30 p.m. at the Ex-Services Club, Walton Street. Each team needs to send one representative, also note the details in the Registration Secretary’s report concerning ID cards.

Following the meeting representatives from Waddesdon Lions attended, to explain to the Committee the latest developments regarding the pitch and changing facilities at their club and to give their plans to reduce the above-average fines they had incurred both to the ADL and the Berks and Bucks FA.
