Berks and Bucks have replied to the query concerning free weekends for first and second teams:
1.If a Clubs First Team requests a free date in accordance with Rule 10(C) then the Reserve Team do not have to take their fixture. It is no different than if the Fixture Secretary is unable to give a First Team a fixture but can for the Reserve Team.
2.If both a Club First and Reserve Team are scheduled a fixture and the First Team opponents cannot raise a Team or the allocated pitch is deemed unfit, then the Reserve Team play their scheduled fixture.
Waddesdon appealed concerning their fines and loss of points as the Parish Council did not cut their pitch. The appeal is not upheld.
Downley did contact their opponents about their game, so there is no fine.
Following a letter of complaint and corroborating evidence over the conduct of Luke Montague his registrationis withdrawn immediately and indefinitely.
There has been an email from Bucks CC concerning cancelled matches.
There has been a complaint about the faintness of the lines on the Rivets pitch.
The chairman of Northchurch Parish Council has had a replyto his complaint about the foul and abusive language used on the pitch.
One referee has complained about remarks made about him on the website.
The committeeasks everyone to be very careful what they write on open websites, this could lead to a charge from thelocal FA.
Quainton want to extend their facilities in early March, there4 will still be changing rooms but no hot water.
5 clubs were contacted and told that if their fines had not been paid by 7.00 p.m. tonight (Wednesday 5 November) their games will be withdrawn. Three clubs have not responded and their games will be forfeited. They are:
Waddesdon - to have played Long Marston
Waddesdon reserves - to have played Haddenham reserves

Some suggested rule changes for next season were put forward:
Referees to send green sheets to the fixtures secretary, not the referees secretary
Block affiliations must be paid prior to the opening weekend of the season, regardless of whether or not they have a fixture.
Referees to be paid 15 minutes before kick off.
Referees are not all on the website yet.
The referees had a meeting, they were all asked to report all late kick-offs.
We now have 29 regular referees on the ADL with very little hope of increasing numbers in the near future due to B&B failure to arrange Aylesbury based training. The number of referees has reduced as a result of apathy, work commitments and the ongoing relocation of referees out of the area.
Clubs are reminded that referees are now in short supply and they need to appreciate the referee and expect to have to find their own official some weeks.
There were some issues last month with 3 clubs not happy with the performance of their official on the day.
Referees are being selective about which teams they officiate due to BAD behaviour from teams and also late payment of match fee and in some cases even non–payment !
Two referees have not been paid by Waddesdonfined £10 for each offence
11 October - Longwick failed to contact referee fined £5

The committee are extremely concerned about the high number of cautions, misconduct and dismissal offences being received this season
There has been a letter of complaint, with corroborating evidence, about the conduct of Luke Montague. His registration is withdrawn immediately and indefinitely.
There are issues with the timeline between players being suspended and their suspension appearing on the Berks and Bucks website. The secretary will write to Berks and Bucks FA.
Congratulations to Waddesdon on their decision to suspend the player who was abusing the opposition and the official in charge of their match against Tetsworth.
The meeting closed at 8.35 p.m.
