Chris Cole of Berks and Bucks was welcomed to the meeting.
Chris explained that he was the new competitions co-ordinator and he welcomed the chance to meet the leagues and get feedback. His role does not impinge on what we do with our Cups, he only deals with those run by Berks and Bucks FA.
Peter informed him that we have clubs affiliated from four different counties, and whilst the other counties place their Grass Roots league Premiership teams in their Junior Cup, the Berks and Bucks FA choose to place theirs in the Intermediate Cup, against teams who are part of the FA Pyramid structure, which the Committee feels is grossly unfair
Chris felt that there was little that could be done for the forthcoming season, but he would go back and make enquiries and inform us of his progress.
