Any Other Business

* The two representative teams have been selected, Nik will deal with the programme for the Presentation Evening.

* First Aid –the league will set up and pay for one non player from each team to take a first aid course. The courses will be set up after the AGM, when it is known which teams do not have a first aider.

* Following the incident at the Sheffield Jackman Cup, clubs should be aware that a dismissed player has to leave the field of play completely. New guidelines will be issued.

·Peter had a meeting with Pond Park Rangers about joining the league

·Website – a meeting will be set up with Mike Rae.

·Stone – Chairman to meet with the referee concerned

·AFC Victoria and Bucks CC appeals to the B & B FA re: their proposed League cup replay – Bucks CC appeal to be heard on Friday 5 April

·With the continuing issue of matches not being fulfilled due to the weather, there will be NO subsidiary cup this season

· Letter of complaint received from a member of the public re: the foul and abusive language by the away team in a recent match played at Haddenham

· Following a complaint received from Stone ALL clubs are reminded to follow the league policy of checking the photo ID booklets, particularly in light of the upcoming mid-week matches.  Unless an issue is raised referees are NOT required to check booklets.

Complaint from Bierton investigated.  Chairman found the pitch totally unplayable when inspected at 9.30 a.m. on the morning of the match.  Teams are reminded to keep the league involved if there are pitch issues, as making the league aware on a Friday is far too late.  Match to be rescheduled.

· There were discussions about meeting with teams who have issues with the league.

· Presentation night will be 18 May.  At 6 p.m. the Representative teams will play each other, followed by the league presentations.  This will take place at Aylesbury Football Club, Hayward Way

The Minutes: of the meeting of 6 February were amended. It is a former player of Bucks CC who has a solicitor suing Tring Titans.

Matters Arising:

* As a First Aid qualification for each team is necessary next season, a course has been sourced, 2 hours basic first aid plus 1 hour specific to football. They will take up to 10 people at a cost of £250. Further details will be given later.

* Pond Park Rangers have enquired about joining the League.

* Long Crendon have also enquired about joining the League.

* Danny Martone has offered that any club without their own facilities can use the Aylesbury Football Club bar after a match.

* Tetsworth have informed the league that a considerable amount of money is to be spent on their pitch in the close season.

* AVDC had issues with pitches on both 16 & 23 February.

23.2.13. Waddesdon FC played Louis Descitles whilst under suspension.

There has been a request from Haydon United that we supply two linesmen when they play Great Milton.

Mick Martin has sent a report to Berks and Bucks about comments made against him in a game.

There has been a complaint by Stone Magnets against the referee for their game v Haddenham.

* New footballs are needed for the finals.

* Cup and Division trophies need to be returned by 29 March at the latest. If this is not done teams are likely to be fined.

* Kevin Saw is still getting emails to the incorrect address, it should be kevinsawref@gmail.com

* Proposed rule changes were circulated to the committee for approval, before being submitted to Berks and Bucks F.A.

* Concern was expressed at the state of the pitch at Cheddington.

* AFC Victoria have appealed under the 7 day rule about Bucks CC fielding an ineligible player in their cup match on 23 February. After advice from Berks and Bucks FA and much discussion the matter was voted upon, and it was decided that the match be replayed without the involvement of the player concerned.

Matters Arising:

* The notes of the meeting with Waddesdon last Tuesday have been circulated, Tony has sent Paul Irwin details of the missing team sheets.

* The Representative Team – players are still being selected. A venue is needed, Andrew will deal with this. The date decided upon is Saturday 18 May

* Use of an artificial pitch – this has been investigated and it was decided it should not be used for this season.

* Nobby Swain of AFC Victoria has accepted responsibility for comments on facebook and paid his substantial fine.

* Rules for next season – selected members of the committee will have a meeting to discuss these.

Correspondence:

* Aylesbury Wanderers have withdrawn their reserve team.

* P & IC United will be withdrawing their reserve team from the league at the end of the season.

* Cuddington FC have withdrawn from the league due to lack of players.

* Berks and Bucks have extended the playing season until 31 May 2013 because of the bad weather conditions over the past few weeks.

* We have received an email from Haydon United about late cancellation of their game on 3 February.

* After writing to Arla to ask for sponsorship they have replied that they are not willing to do so.

There are two referees letters needed, from Haydon and Wingrave Reserves.

There are 199 games left to schedule and several teams have more at home games than away.

26 January Elmhurst v A/C Victoria –no confirmation received by AC Victoria that the game was off - £10 fine

There seems to be some confusion about kick off times. League games will be at 2.30, and cup games at 2.00, except the Field Shield and Marsworth Cup, which remain at 1.30 p.m.

Referees Secretary’s Report

All the marks bar last Saturday have been received. The average is 78.113 and Mick Martin is top with an average of 84.500

Bob Larkin has left as he is now working away, but another has returned – Stuart Hilton.

The Committee remain hopeful that several referees will be available from the referees course, which finishes at Mandeville School on Monday 11 February.

Low mark received from Haydon Utd re: their referee on 5 January. Contents were noted.

The web site is o.k. until June, we need to decide what we are willing to pay for a new website.

The Bucks Herald now has only 1 photographer, so every other week will be covered. Some teams are willing to take photographs of matches and submit them to the Herald.
